DeleteHello, I'm Cailan Adams. I'm looking for a roommate(s) from October 22-25 or 22-26. The more, the merrier- ideally, we can set up a quadruple occupancy to be frugal.
ReplyDeleteMy ideal roommates would be friendly and communicative. We'll want to feel safe around each other and know what to expect from each other.
I speak English and Spanish, and I'm learning Japanese. I'm interested in audiovisual translation and game localization!
Here's to having a great ATA66 without breaking the bank!
I have a room reserved for 10/23 to 10/27. The extra day is for sight seeing. My name is Anna, not sure why it says I'm commenting as Jezebelle. Must have been something I set up on Google. I speak Spanish & English and love to travel. I am looking for a roommate.
DeleteHi Anna! Check out my post about my sightseeing plans. Drop me an e-mail at: kawalec.translator@gmail.com
DeleteHi Cailan! If you're still looking for a roommate, I'm in! Reach out at kawalec.translator@gmail.com, we can connect on social media, too!
DeleteHi Guys!
ReplyDeleteI’m a freelance PL-EN translator from Poland, and I’m planning to arrive in Boston a couple of days before the conference (19/20 Oct) to explore the city and the two historic towns of Lexington and Concord. I'm flying back to Poland on October 26, which is why I only have time for sightseeing before the conference.
I'm looking for 1) a roommate (roommates) from Oct 19/20 through Oct 26 or Oct 25 to share the accommodation costs - I'm pretty flexible and adaptable, and I don't necessarily want to spend a fortune on a hotel room ;). A place further away from the conference venue is ok for me as long as we stick together, especially at night after the evening events 2) sightseeing buddies for the Lexington/Concord and Boston outings (Mon 20, Tue 21, Wednesday 22 Oct).
If you’re interested in one or both, please email me at kawalec.translator@gmail.com.
Let’s save on housing costs, enjoy some Revolutionary history before the conference buzz, and make new ATA friends in the process!
